Selain lagu utama, album ini mencakup sembilan lagu yang belum pernah dirilis sebelumnya oleh artis-artis donasi, termasuk Prince, Chicago, Bruce Springsteen dan E Street Band (membawakan lagu "Trapped" Jimmy Cliff yang tidak terkenal, direkam secara live di Meadowlands Arena pada Born in the USA Tour, yang disiarkan radio rock berorientasi album dan menduduki puncak tangga lagu Mainstream Rock), Tina Turner dan lain-lain.
